Woodhead grounded in Jesus, despite fame in NFL

The NFL hasn’t changed North Platte native Danny Woodhead, especially his strong foundation upon Jesus, which he credits his parents for establishing. The 31-year-old plays for the San Diego Chargers as running back and is entering his ninth year in the NFL. He and his wife, Stacia, currently live in Elkhorn, Neb., and have three children under the age of five.
