Jesus Alone
It’s Jesus alone for every heartache.
It’s Jesus alone for every sorrow.
It’s Jesus alone, for each tomorrow.
Jesus Christ in me, for all eternity.
Not Jesus AND me, that’s not God’s plan,
For I must reckon dead my old man.
All that’s of myself, whether good or bad,
Must be denied, that Christ may live.
It’s Jesus in me, He’s all I want.
It’s Jesus in me, that’s who God sees.
It’s Jesus in me who walks on water.
It’s Jesus in me that the world must see.
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of The Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
